Il magnesio aiuta a calmare i muscoli, a ridurre la tensione e a regolare l'ormone dello stress. <strong>cortisolo<\/strong>.<\/p><h4>Fonti<\/h4><p>Mandorle, spinaci, semi di zucca, cioccolato fondente.<\/p><h4>Effetti\u00a0<\/h4><p>Riduce l'ansia, migliora il sonno e aiuta a rilassarsi.<\/p><h2>Omega-3: grassi che fanno bene al cervello<\/h2><p>Il <strong>omega-3<\/strong> sono grassi essenziali che aiutano a proteggere il cervello e a mantenere l'equilibrio delle emozioni. Questi acidi grassi riducono l'infiammazione cerebrale, riducendo l'ansia e migliorando l'umore. Sono inoltre importanti per la salute mentale e possono ridurre i sintomi della depressione.<\/p><h4>\u00a0Fonti<\/h4><p>Pesce grasso (salmone, sardine), noci, semi di lino.<\/p><h4>Effetti<\/h4><p>Riduce l'infiammazione cerebrale, favorisce l'equilibrio emotivo e la salute mentale.<\/p><h2>Vitamine B6 e B9: le vitamine della felicit\u00e0<\/h2><p>Le vitamine B6 e B9 (note anche come acido folico) aiutano a produrre neurotrasmettitori come la serotonina (l'ormone della felicit\u00e0) e la dopamina (associata alla motivazione e al piacere). Quando mancano queste vitamine, ci si pu\u00f2 sentire pi\u00f9 stressati o depressi.
